No. Flash is perfect for interactive cartoons, but would be slow and clumsy for the large correlation matrices manipulated by Ghost Writer.
And this Java Ghost Writer could be easily updated to read and analyze files on the user's machine in addition to its 5 basic styles. But Flash can't read user-selected files.

This Web Start implementation takes advantage of client-side horsepower instead of burdening the server. And the user enjoys immediate response to any input. (There isn't even an Enter button!)
